Acclaimed vocalist Holly Taylor and Eric Peter, master of the seven string guitar, are one of Northern California's premiere jazz duos. This three-time Cammie-nominated couple travels all over the state performing their unique style of jazz standards noted for “a rich fullness that one would think impossible to achieve with just one instrumentalist and a singer..." Jazz Connection Magazine says, "Taylor and Peter have a vibrant, symbiotic musical relationship with each other that radiates magic whenever they perform!" In addition, this “first rate duo” (Chico News and Review) has released four self-produced CD's, "And Then Some", "Nature Boy", their critically acclaimed holiday CD, "Merry Xmas", and their most recent release, "Live!" - a collection of material recorded live at events throughout the area.

| | Vocalist Holly Taylor has sustained a rigorous performing schedule for the past 15 years. Combined with duo work with Eric Peter, Holly has also been the featured vocalist with the CSU, Chico Jazz Express & Latin Jazz Ensembles, Route 66, The Rellicks, Slippery When Wet and plays drums with the rock n' roll band, Hot Flash! Her newest venture "Holly and The Crawlers" is an acoustic blend of swing tunes, old country and blues featuring the talented members of The Flowmasters. She is California native who has been performing her entire life. She maintains a full roster of voice students. | | On seven-string guitar is Eric Peter. An incredibly talented, self-taught jazz guitar player, Eric has been performing professionally for over 30 years. He holds a Master's Degree in Music and has performed on countless stages all over Northern California. One of the areas only seven-string guitar players, the Chico News and Review describes Eric's guitar skill as "flawless." "His lyrical and rhythmical guitar artistry holds the sound together to create an exciting montage of fantastic music!" (Jazz Connection Magazine). In addition to working with Holly Taylor, Eric lends his guitar mastery to various jazz musicians all over the area, including Charlie Robinson, Rocky Winslow, Phil Barbaccia and Mike Wiegert. | |
